Shipping Policy
We offer a 60-day return window, giving you a full 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, complete with tags, and packed in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly and resolve it for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure about the eligibility of your item, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Note that gift cards and discounted sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you can cancel or return your order without providing any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
